The following fees apply to WebStore Sites operated using Amazon WebStore:

You may qualify for lower Webstore pricing if, in addition to the WebStore Service, you also register for or use Selling on Amazon (“SOA”) or SOA in conjunction with Fulfillment by Amazon (“FBA”) (as these services are described in the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement) and comply with the applicable additional terms listed below.** If you fail to comply with the applicable additional terms listed below, you will be subject to the “WebStore Only” pricing, regardless of whether you also register for or use SOA or FBA. Unless otherwise defined in this WebStore Fee Schedule, all capitalized terms have the meanings given them in the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement.

**Additional Terms:

1. General. To take advantage of the WebStore + SOA pricing package, or the WebStore + SOA + FBA pricing package, you must be registered for or use SOA or SOA in conjunction with FBA (as applicable) and comply with the additional terms set forth in this Fee Schedule. If, at any time, we determine that you are not registered for SOA or FBA, as required, or are not meeting the additional terms set forth in this Fee Schedule for your current pricing package, we may change your pricing to the lowest pricing package for which you qualify.
   
2. WebStore + SOA Pricing Package. You will qualify for the WebStore + SOA pricing package if, in addition to the terms listed in 1 above and all other applicable terms and conditions (including all parity and other terms and conditions applicable to SOA), you make available for listing for sale via SOA each of Your Products that you offer on your WebStore Site, i.e., all sizes, colors, configurations, etc. The preceding requirement will not begin to apply to you until the later of ninety (90) days after launching your WebStore Site or within ninety (90) days of listing Your Products through SOA.
   
3. WebStore + SOA + FBA Pricing Package. You will qualify for the WebStore + SOA + FBA pricing package if, in addition to the additional terms listed in 1 and 2 above and all other applicable terms and conditions, on a trailing three (3) calendar month basis, an average of at least twenty percent (20%) of Your Products sold through SOA are fulfilled by the FBA program during each calendar month of that three (3) month period, The preceding requirement will not begin to apply to you until the later of one hundred and twenty (120) days after listing Your Products through SOA or one hundred and twenty (120) days after registering for FBA.
